What are MtG artist proofs?
Magic: The Gathering Artist Proofs are highly sought-after collector’s editions of the cards. They feature white backs and are produced exclusively for the artist in very limited quantities. Each proof is signed by Zara and carefully packaged in a protective hard sleeve.
Shipping
Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are shipped from B.C. Canada.
When will I receive my item?
Please allow 1-4 weeks for shipping, and extra time for production of any pre-order items.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally! Since we are a small business located within Canada, international orders outside of Canada and the U.S. may have higher shipping costs and longer delivery times.
Do I have to pay import fees?
Some countries have import fees that you must pay before receiving your item. If you’re outside of Canada, please check to see what your country’s import fees are. International customers are responsible for import fees due upon delivery.
I didn’t pay my import fees and my order was sent back, can I get it shipped to me again?
We’re happy to reship your package once it has been returned to us, as long as you are able to pay the cost of shipping your package again. Please contact us at artofzara@gmail.com if you’d like to do so.
Return Policy
All purchases are final, and we cannot process returns or exchanges at this time. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at order@zaraalfonso.com
